We will create beautiful handmade keepsakes for your special event including, but not limited to Tea Parties, Birthday Parties, Wedding Ceremonies, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Celebrations of Life and much more. Just email us at info@etherealdragonfly.com with your special request. Please include type of candles needed (either Teacup or Botanical Candles), the number of candles needed and by when. We will cater to your needs.

Soy and coconut wax candles burn cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax candles. They also have a lower melting point, which means they last longer and are safer to burn.

Each vessel at Ethereal Dragonfly tells a story. Teacup candles are salvaged from around the world. Each Ethereal creation is handmade with lots of love. Our candles are made with all-natural ingredients and essential oils, ensuring that they are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic fragrances.

We offer a wide range of Ethereal scents including Mystic Rose, Lavenders, and many more. Our Ethereal Mixologist dedicates time to every candle to create the best elixir to awaken the senses.

Candles should be lit only 2-3 hours at a time. Each candle has a memory. The initial lighting will determine the life of the candle. If you were to light the candle and allow it to create a melt pool that reaches the sides of the candle and then extinguish it, it will increase the life of the candle. The longer you allow it to burn after the melt pool has reached the sides of the candle, the shorter the overall burn time will be.

Ethereal Dragonfly is not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or porch, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period of time. As a result, refunds and/or replacements will not be issued. During periods of hot weather, please be sure to ship to an address where you will be available for delivery! Most of our products can withstand the heat without a problem, but do remember to check for mail daily to be sure you pick up your package the day it is delivered!

 We do our best to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, Ethereal Dragonfly is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you convo or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message. We do our best to change the address but can not guarantee it.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control.

If an item is undeliverable, lost, or stalled, please try calling the post office to see if there is a way for them to try redelivering . USPS customer service: 1 (800) 275-8777

We are not able to reimburse for damage that occurs during shipping. We make every effort to wrap our products in protective layers or boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect shape.

If damage does occur you can put in a claim with the post office: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm All orders include insurance up to $100. If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later.

Because candles are heavy and require a lot of padding to prevent damage, it creates an expensive shipping situation. You will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping to return any  item to us as well.

We ship via the USPS and provide a tracking number for every shipment. If you need confirmation of your tracking number please let us know. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. Please make arrangements to have your packages delivered to a secure address or location. This is especially important around the holidays. If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it, but the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office.
